Information you Provide to Vanda. We collect Personally Identifying Information that you provide to Vanda. “Personally Identifying Information” is information that individually identifies you, and may include your name, physical address, phone number, e-mail address, employment history, educational history, age (subject to the disclosure terms set forth herein), and any other information that would allow someone to identify or contact you. Vanda asks for your Personally Identifying Information so that it can provide Services, including providing certain Personally Identifying Information to potential employers as applicable. Address Book and Other Features that Sync with the Services. You may use our address book importer (or other similar feature) to upload your address book into our Services. As a result, while we strive to protect a User’s information, Vanda cannot ensure or warrant the security of Personally Identifying Information or other information submitted through a Service. The Services do not respond to Do Not Track signals. Third parties cannot collect Personally Identifying Information about you when you use a Service.
